Pumpkin dog biscuits

2 | eggs |
1/2 c. | Canned pumpkin |
2 Tblsp | dry milk |
1/4 tsp | sea salt |
2 1/2 c. | Brown rice flour |
Preheat oven to 375
In large bowl, whisk eggs & pumpkin until smooth. Stir in dry milk, sea salt. Add brown rice flour gradually. Combining with spatula or hands to form stiff, dry dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and if dough is still rough, briefly knead and press to combine. Roll dough to 1/4-1/2 inch thickness depending on your dog's chew preference. Use biscuit cutter or other shape. Place on cookie sheet. Do not grease or line pan. If desired press fork pattern onto biscuits before baking. Bake 20 minutes. Remove and carefully turn biscuits over. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Makes 75 one inch biscuits. Or 50 medium biscuits. Brown rice flour gives better crunch. Many dogs have sensitive stomach, allergies and don't tolerate.
