    2 1/2 Tblsp  dry egg whites
      Meringue powder, alternative
    4 Tblsp.  Warm distiller water
    1/4 tsp  cream of tarter
    1 1/2 c  powdered sugar
    1 Tblsp  SLS foaming agent, (optional)
    4-6 drops  fragrance

4-6 dros colorant

Mix egg whites, water, SLS, in bowl. Add remaining ingredients without fragrance. If mix is too stiff add little more water. Mix on high for 7 minutes or until peels from side. Put frosting in bag, top bath bomb, let dry overnight.
