Cupcake bath bomb frosting

2 1/2 Tblsp | dry egg whites |
Meringue powder, alternative | |
4 Tblsp. | Warm distiller water |
1/4 tsp | cream of tarter |
1 1/2 c | powdered sugar |
1 Tblsp | SLS foaming agent, (optional) |
4-6 drops | fragrance |
4-6 dros colorant
Mix egg whites, water, SLS, in bowl. Add remaining ingredients without fragrance. If mix is too stiff add little more water. Mix on high for 7 minutes or until peels from side. Put frosting in bag, top bath bomb, let dry overnight.
