Honey Butter Pork Tenderloins

4 Tblsp | butter |
2 Tblsp | Honey |
1 1/2 pound | pork tenderloin |
1/2 tsp. | Cajun seasoning |
1/2 tsp. | black pepper |
3/4 c. | Water |
Preheat oven to 375. Heat butter and honey until melted. Sprinkle tenderloin with Cajun seasoning and black pepper. Brown each side for 5 minutes in honey butter. Lower heat if honey begins to burn. Place pot in oven. Roast 10-15 minutes. Remove & transfer to plate. Cover with foil. Add water to pot. Stir over medium heat, simmer 5 min until sauce is reduced. Slightly slice pork on diagonal and drizzle sauce over top. Serve
