Rice Krispie Balls

55 ml | marg |
30 | marshmallows, (fresh) |
1100 ml | Rice Krispies |
5ml | vanilla essence |
Melt butter and add marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows have melted.
Remove from heat and add vanilla essence and Rice Krispies.
Press the mixture into a well-greased square cake tin.
Leave to cool and cut into squares.
Variations:
Add 65ml peanut butter to melted marshmallows before adding the Rice Krispies.
Refrigerate for while, cut into small squares and then roll each square into a ball.
Dip the balls into melted white or normal melted chocolate.
