| · 4 tomates coupées en quartiers |
· 1 oignon émincé
· 1 concombre tranché
· ¾ tasse fromage feta en morceaux
· 24 olives noires
Vinaigrette :
· 4 c. à table huile dolive
· 2 c. à table vinaigre de vin
· 2 pincées origan
· 2 pincées aneth haché
· 2 pincées fenouil haché
· Sel
· Poivre
Disposer joliment tomates, concombre, oignon, olives et fromage sur une grande assiette.
Mélanger les ingrédients de la vinaigrette dans un petit bocal à fermeture hermétique; agiter vivement.
Verser la vinaigrette sur la salade et réfrigérer 1 heure avant de servir.
