| 1 whole seedless orange supremes Grated rind of 1 orange | |
| 1/2 cup | orange juice |
| 1/2 | chopped pitted dates |
| 1 | egg |
| 1&1/2 cups ap flour | |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 3/4 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | butter |
| margarine, alternative | |
| Scant tsp | salt |
Place supremed orange, rind, butter, dates, orange juice,egg, in blender and blend. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and combine. Drop spoonfuls into 18 buttered muffin tins. Bake at 400'f about 15 mins.q
