Pumpkin fritters

125 ml | flour |
2 | eggs, beaten |
2 t | BP |
Little | milk |
Pinch | salt |
Mix flour, pumpkin, baking powder and salt. Add eggs and milk and mix to a soft consistency. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
