| 225 g | flour |
| 112 g | brown sugar |
| 10 g | BP |
| 2 g | nutmeg |
| 125 g | butter |
| 6 g | cinnamon |
| 2 g | cloves |
| 3 g | salt |
Sift together dry ingredients. Mix in sugar and cut in butter. Knead through until mixture can be shaped into a ball. Roll out dough and cut out shapes. Bake at 120 deg C for 45 mins.
