Sweet Potatom Fries

2 lbs | sweet potatoes, peeled |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
1 tsp | paprika |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
Preheat oven to 400. Cut the potatoes into 1/4-1/2" wide and 3" long and toss them with oil. Mix the spices, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss them with potatoes. Spread them out onto 2 baking sheets.
Bake until brown and crispy on the bottom, about 15 mins. Flep and cook on the other side for about 10 mins.
