Graham Coconut Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Coconut, unsweetened
1 Cup Milk
3 T. Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
Pinch Salt
Method:
Cream butter, sugar, and add beaten egg. Add crumbs, coconut, milk
and other ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 Degree F. in a
8 x 8 inch square pan. Serve the following day.
