Blueberry Muffins

1 Cup | milk |
1/4 Cup | vegetable oil |
2 Cups | whole wheat flour |
1/4 Cup | sugar |
3 Tsp. | baking powder |
1 Tsp. | salt |
1 cup | fresh blueberries or frozen thawed and drained |
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining ingredients except blueberries just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in blueberries.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
High altitude directions (3500-6500): Heat oven to 425
