1 Cup | cane sugar |
1 Cup | light corn syrup |
1 Cup | 1/2 & 1/2 |
1/4 Cup | butter |
2 Squares | bulking chocolate |
Speck of salt | |
1/2 Tsp. | vanilla |
Combine all ingredients but vanilla in sauce pan and stir till sugar and liquid are mixed. Cook until a drop goes into cold water and forms a firm ball, 250 degrees. Add vanilla and turn at once into 8-1/2"x 4-1/2"x 2" greased pan
