    25 Medium  Cucumbers, thinly sliced, (or 30-50 Small)
    12 Medium  Onions, thinly sliced, (or 6 large)
      Sweet Bell Pepper, optional to taste
Soak in ice water 3 hours Continue adding ice.
    5 cups  White Distilled Vinegar
    5 cups  Sugar
    1 T  Pickling Spice
    1 T  Tumineric

Boil for 5 minutes.
Drain iced cucumbers.

Add drained cucumbers to hot spice mixture. Heat to just before boiling. Have jars & lids ready. Pour into jars and set to seal.
