2 cups | Basmati rice cooked and cooled |
1 Tbsp | butter |
2 medium | chopped green onion |
1 Tbsp. | sesame oil |
1 clove | garlic |
1/3 cup or less | soya sauce |
2 large | eggs |
2 stalks | chopped celery |
red and green pepper | |
salt | |
pepper to taste |
1. Scramble egg and set aside
2. Heat oil and butter in wok, add garlic, onion,celery, peppers and stir
3. Add scrambled egg, stir thoroughly.
4. Fold in rice, add soya sauce
5. Season with salt and pepper
