| 1 Bund | Kerbel |
| 1 Kästchen Kresse | |
| Flüssiger Honig | |
Zubereitung:
Mascarpone mit dem Sherry glatt rühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Den Kerbel hacken, die Kresse mit der Schere abschneiden und beides unter die Mascarponecreme rühren. Kurz vor dem Servieren mit dem Honig beträufeln.
