Salmon Pate Loaf

Ingredients
1 Lb. Red Sockeye Salmon
Cleaned and bones removed
1 T Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 8-Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Onion, grated
1 T. Horseradish
3 T. Parsley, snipped
Method:
Combine cleaned, drained salmon and next six ingredients and mix
thoroughly. Chill mixture for several hours. Combine pecans and
parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a log shape and roll in the
pecans and parsley mixture. Chill and serve with a variety of
crackers.
