Cheese Sticks

| 12 sticks | string cheese |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 TBSP | flour |
| 5 TBSP | bread crumbs |
| 2 TBSP | Parmesan cheese |
Dollop of olive oil, cooking spray
Cut cheese sticks in half, making 24 slices, then freeze until completely frozen
Beat egg in small bowl. Use separate bowl to combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip frozen sticks into flour, then into egg, then into bread crumb mixture.
Once all sticks are coated, place them on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil coated with oil or spray.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes, or until crisp. They need to be watched closely so they don't melt completely.
