Fresh Vegetables with Savoury Dip

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese, softened
2 T. Milk
1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Small Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning, dried
1 T. Parsley,chopped
Carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, etc.
Method\
1. Combine all ingredients except vegetables in small batter bowl; beat
until smooth. Spoon dip into small serving bowl.
2. Using Vegetable peeling, prepare a variety of vegetables. Place dip
in centre of platter and surround with vegetables.
Yield 1/2 Cup
