    8 Slices  Bacon, Chopped
    1/3 Cup  Onion, Chopped
    1-1/2 T.  Flour
    1-1/2 T.  Sugar
    2 Tsp.  Salt
    Dash  Pepper
    1/2 Cup  Vinegar, (or slightly less)
    1/3 Cup  Water
    6 T.  Sour Cream
    6-8 Cups  Diced Cooked Potatoes
    1 Tsp.  Salt

Method:

Cook bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Add onion to drippings and saute until
tender. Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Then add vinegar and water. Cook
until thick. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Sprinkle potatio with 1 tsp.
salt, pour dressing over and toss lightly. Add bacon bits and heat. Serve warm.
