Vegtable Soup

oil | , cover bottom of pot with oil |
1 piece | bone marrow |
If you want beef veggie soup -- Brown meat first then remove from pan and follow the rest of the instructions | |
1 | finely chopped onion |
3-5 | small peices stewing meat, optional |
1 tbsp | salt |
1/2 container | liquid beef stock |
1 c | finely chopped carrots |
4 | diced med potatoes |
2 28 oz | hunts diced tomatoes |
2 c | water |
4 | celery peices |
1 pkg/can | beef broth |
1. Cover bottom of pot with oil and turn burner to medium heat
2. add bone marrow
3. add chopped onion
4. break up bone marrow
5. add stewing meat
6. when bone marrow and onions brown add beef stock and carrots
7. add salt
8. add potatoes and diced tomatoes
9. add 2 containers of water
10. turn heat to boil
11. once boiled turn heat to simmer
12. add celery
13. when boils down add water to increase soupiness
cook 3 to 4 hours
