Rhubarb Chutney

1 kg | chopped rhubarb |
2 | onions chopped |
2 c. | chopped apples |
1 1/2 c. | raisins |
3 c. | brown sugar |
2 1/2 c. | white vinegar |
1 tbsp | mustard seed. |
1 tsp | minced spice |
1 tsp | ground ginger. |
Combine all ingredients in large kettle
Bring to boil
Simmer uncovered for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally until thickened
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal
