Rhubarb Chutney

    1 kg  chopped rhubarb
    2  onions chopped
    2 c.  chopped apples
    1 1/2 c.  raisins
    3 c.  brown sugar
    2 1/2 c.  white vinegar
    1 tbsp  mustard seed.
    1 tsp  minced spice
    1 tsp  ground ginger.

Combine all ingredients in large kettle
Bring to boil
Simmer uncovered for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally until thickened
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal
