Hash Brown Casserole

2 lb | hash brown potatoes, thawed |
500 ml | sour cream |
2 tins | cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 c. | melted butter |
grated onion | |
salt and pepper to taste | |
2 c. | grated cheddar cheese |
Put in greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 F
Sprinkle with parmesan.
