Cesar Salad Dressing

In bottom of wooden salad bowl, mash 1-2 garlic cloves with a strong fork.
Add 1 tbsp seasoning salt, 2 egg yolks, lots of ground pepper, mashed anchoives to paste, juice of 1/2 lemon and a healthy dash of warchetshire sauce.
Whisk together
Add 1/3 to 1/2 c. olive oil in steam while mixing.
Taste to adjust seasonings.
Add romaine lettuce, croutons and toss gently
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and toss again and serve.
