    1 lb  asparagus, trimmed
    1 Tbsp  olive oil
    3 Tbsp  Parmesan
    1 tsp  chopped garlic

1. Toss asparagus, trimmed, olive oil, Parmesan and garlic. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until crisp and beginning to soften.

Serves: 4. Per Serving: 70 calories, 5g carbs, 4g protein, 4.5g fat, 60mg sodium, 5mg cholesterol, 2g fiber
