6-8 | Yellow Squash |
1 Stick | Margarine |
1 Small | Carrot Shredded |
1 Small | Onion Chopped Fine |
1 Package | Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing |
1 Cup | Cream of Chicken Soup |
1/2 Cup | Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
8 ounces | Sour Cream |
Chop onions and squash and boil till cooked. Then, melt margarine and pour over stuffing in a bowl and mix. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream and cheese and carrots together. Then, mix with the squash and onions. Can layer stuffing with mixture-you must cover the top with stuffing. Bake with aluminum foil at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
