Sautéed Collards

1 bag | collards |
1/2 cup | olive oil |
2 teaspoons | bottled garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons | Tony Chacheres Cajun Seasoning |
1 pack | Goya ham seasoning |
Steam the collards in a little water until tender, cool, and slice into strips.
Heat oil, add garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add greens, Tony Chacheres, and Goya ham seasoning.
Sauté until collards wilt and/or oil cooks into collards, maybe 10 minutes.
