| 250 gr | farina |
Nella planetaria montare uova intere e zucchero fino a quando non si ottiene una consistenza morbida e molto gonfia. Aggiungere setacciando lievito e farina, mescolando con cura per evitare grumi e cercando di non far sgonfiare il composto. Infornare per 30' a 170 gradi.
