| 1/4 cup | red wine vinegar |
| 3 oz. | Anchovies |
| 4 cloves | garlic |
| 1/3 cup | Dijon mustard |
| 1/8 cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 cups | extra virgin olive oil |
| Freshly ground pepper | |
| Salt | |
| 1/4 cup | water |
Strips of chicken breast baked or grilled
- combine all ingredients except the oil in the bowl of a blender
- with blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified
