Potatoes Escalloped Potatoes

5 lb | red potatoes, (I used yellow- doesn't matter) sliced thin |
2-3 containers | Boursin Cheese with garlic and herbs, (or gruyere cheese and add herbs) |
3 cups | whipping creme, (or 2 cups whipping creme and 1 cup milk) |
S&P to taste
Put potatoes in 13/9 baking dish. In saucepan, melt cheese and whipping cream. Add S&P.
Bake 375 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Check with fork
