Oatmeal Cookies Soft

| 1 cup | butter |
| 1 cup | white sugar |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 3 cups | quick oats |
1. Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 375. Roll dough into walnut sized pieces. Flatten with fork.
3. Bake for 10 min. Cool on sheet for 5 min before transferring. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
