Ben's Easter Ham Or Sausage Pie

| INGREDIENTS Cream in mixer 6 eggs | |
| 1 lb | ricotta cheese |
| 1&1/2 cups chopped ham | |
| 1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 TSP | black pepper |
This makes one pie
Place mixture in deep dish frozen pie crest
Place regular size pie crust on top and
Seal the edges & crimp . Brush top with egg
Yolk except for crimped edges
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake in 350 degree for about 1/2 hour or until
Crust is golden brown. Carful not to take it out
Too soon
Octopus browns too soon , lower heat to 325 to300
And leave in oven until mixture sets
