Ingredients 2 TAB olive oil | |
3cloves | garlic |
1 stock celery whopped | |
1/4 cup | chopped onion |
1/2or 1 cup | frozen spinach chopped |
1 | tomato chopped |
1 or 2 cups | rinsed lentils |
1 TSP | sea salt&pepper to tast |
INSTRUCTION
Sauté, garlic &onions in olive oil for a few
Min. In large pot heat 1/2 gallon of water
Add remaining ingredients Cover and cook
On low to med heat for 1 to 2 hours the
Lower better .steir often to prevent sticking
Serve over rice or small pasta
