Sugar Cream Pie

1 cup | Sugar |
1/2 cup | Flour |
Pinch | salt |
1/2 Stick | Butter Cubed |
1 cup Boiling Water - use mixer to combine everything till sugar and butter is completely dissolved. | |
1 tsp | Vanilla |
1 cup | Heavy Cream |
Mix throughly
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon
Bake at 450' for ten minutes, then 350' for 20 minutes. Till doesn't jiggle.
Cool completely.
