Sugar Cream Pie

    1 cup  Sugar
    1/2 cup  Flour
    Pinch  salt
    1/2 Stick  Butter Cubed
1 cup Boiling Water - use mixer to combine everything till sugar and butter is completely dissolved.
    1 tsp  Vanilla
    1 cup  Heavy Cream

Mix throughly

Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon
Bake at 450' for ten minutes, then 350' for 20 minutes. Till doesn't jiggle.

Cool completely.
