Ingredient Notes

Macha is a type of green tea that comes as a powder. It can be found at most tea shops, many health food stores and high-end grocery stores. It is dissolved in water to make tea. Green tea may help prevent several types of cancer, heart disease, and boost the immune system. It also supports improved energy and focus. Most green teas have about a quarter the caffeine of the average cup of coffee, so it’s fine to drink 3-4 cups of green tea daily.

Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fats that are anti-inflammatory and provide a good source of energy. They also contain soluble fibre that helps to lower cholesterol and promote regularity.

Raw unpasteurized honey contains a good amount of antioxidants that help prevent damage from free radicals. Honey is a good source of quick energy. It is also known to be antibacterial and great for healing wounds and burns.

Coconut oil that is virgin and unrefined is a very healthy fat to consume. It is extremely easy to digest and burn as energy. It is also antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-fungal.

Cinnamon has a surprising number of health benefits such as improving digestion & circulation, eliminating excess intestinal gas, and is antibacterial. It can also help to improve blood sugar control.
