White Bean Soup ( Bella Brava)

| 1/8 cup | oil |
| 1 qt | Yellow Onion |
| 1 qt | Carrots |
| 1 qt | Celery |
| 1/8 cup | chopped garlic |
| 3 qts | Water |
| 1/4 cup | Chicken Base |
| 6 oz | tomato paste |
| 1/4 cup | Parsley |
| 1 tbsp | Salt |
| 1 tbsp | Pepper |
| 49.5 oz | Cannellinj beans, drained and rinsed ( 3 or 4 15.5 oz cans ) |
In large pan heat oil
Add garlic saute 1 minute
Add onions carrots and celery -sweat
Add water chicken base and tomato paste
Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender
Add beans parsley salt and pepper
Simmer 10 minutes just heat beans
