Fried Crispy Celery

| 1 package | celery |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| Panko breadcrumbs | |
| 2 | eggs |
| Flour | |
| Vegetable oil | |
Directions
Wash celery and cut into about 3 inch sticks, peeling off the stringy outside of the celery.
Using three bowls,
Put flour in the first
Put the eggs in the second
Put breadcrumbs in the third
Season each with slat and pepper
Coat celery with flour
Then dip in egg
Then coat with breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil for just a few minutes or until golden brown
Serve with bleu cheese
