Introduction
This can be made to be salty or sweet, depending on the seasonings added. It makes a great gluten free personal pizza base, dipping bread, sandwich bread, or anything else you can come up with! It's awesome and fast!! :)

Ingredients
** 1 1/2 Tbsp Buckwheat Flour
**1/4 tsp baking soda
** Desired seasonings or salt (optional)
** 1 fresh egg
** 1 Tbsp water (to achieve pancake batter-like consistancy)
Directions
1) Mix together the buckwheat flour, desired seasonings or salt, and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
2) Add in egg and water and mix well.
2) Heat stove to Med-hi heat.
3) Grease pan with non-stick spray or about a tsp of butter
4) Pour in mixture and allow to cook until it bubbles on top.
5) When you can put a spatula underneath with nothing running over, flip the pancake over for about a minute or until that side is done.
P.S. If you want it less fluffy, use less baking soda and vise versa. You can also be creative and put some sunflower seeds or other assorted nuts into the mix...YUM!! :)
Voila!! You've got your bread!! :)
