| 800 g | rohe, mehligkochende Kartoffeln |
| 400 g | Milch |
| 50 g | Butter |
| 1 1/2 Teelöffel | Salz |
| etwas | Muskatnuß |
Rühraufsatz in den Mixtopf einsetzen!
Rohe Kartoffeln schälen, achteln und in den Mixtopf geben, Milch einwiegen, Butter und Gewürze zugeben und 20 - 25 Minuten (bei mir waren es allerdings 40 Minuten) bei 100° /Stufe 1-2 garen.
Dann 5 Sekunden / Stufe 3 pürieren.
