Pimiento Tomato Cheese Spread

1 (10 ounce) can | Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained |
1 cup | mayonnaise, or 8oz fat free cream cheese |
1 tsp | Worchestershire sauce |
.5 tsp | salt |
2 (8 oz ) blocks | sharp Chedder cheese, shredded (pre-shredded cheese does not work as well in this receipe) |
1 (4 oz) jar | chopped pimiento, drained (sometimes I leave this out) |
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cheese and pimiento. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches.
