| PATE' DI TONNO Ingredienti: * 2 patate di media grandezza; | |
| 2 scatole | tonno 160 gr. |
| 2 cucchiai | maionese |
| 2 cucchiai | pasta di acciughe, (oppure 3/4 acciughe tritate); |
| 1 cucchiaio | senape |
| sale q.b. | |
Procedimento:
Lessare e schiacciare le patate, aggiungere il tonno sgocciolato, la maionese, la pasta di acciughe, la senape e il sale e amalgamare il tutto fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Si può aggiungere anche dei sottaceti (tipo giardiniera).
Lasciare riposare in frigorifero per un paio d'ore
