Southern oven unfried chicken

| 1cup | buttermilk |
| 1Tbsp. | hot sauce |
| 4 | skinless boneless chicken breasts |
| 11/2 cups | whole wheat or regular pinko bread crumbs |
| 3tbsp | Parmesan cheese |
| 11/2 tsp | onion powder |
| 11/2 tsp | garlic powder |
| 2 tsp | black pepper |
| 1 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
Olive oil spray
Heat oven to 400
In bowl combine buttermilk &hot sauce. Add chicken & allow it to marinate the refrigerator at least 1 hr.
Combine bread crumbs , cheese,onion powder, garlic powder , pepper , cayenne pepper &paprika in a self sealing gallon -size plastic bag
. Remove chicken for the marinade & place it in the bag. Shake well until chicken is evenly coated. Lay chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet &chill uncovered for 30 mins . Lightly coat with spray oil Bake 15-20 mins turn over & bake 15-20 mins more or until done.
