Préparation
Dans un grand saladier, cassez le chocolat en morceaux et faites-les fondre au micro-ondes avec l'eau, pendant environ 2 min. Remuez avec un fouet et ajoutez le lait petit à petit tout en mélangeant.
Au moment de servir, réchauffez le chocolat au micro-ondes et mélangez bien.
Servez avec une louche dans des tasses et recouvrez de chantilly.
