Bacon and Cheese Oven Omelet

1 cup | milk |
6 slices | American cheese |
Fry bacon, chop 4 slices and leave others whole. cut cheese in half and arrange on bottom of lightly greased 9" pie pan. Beat eggs and milk. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Arrange whole bacon slices on top and bake 10 minutes longer. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
