| 1 cup | flour |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 tbsp | oil |
1. Blend ingredients in blender and refrigerte for 15-60 min. Preheat oven to 425. Add oil to bottom of muffin tins and preheat in oven for 5 min.
2. Add batter and bake 20-25 min.
