Chickpea and Rosemary Soup

2 cans or 3 cups | chickpeas |
2 cups | chopped or diced canned tomatoes |
3 cup | vegetable broth |
1/2 cup | green onions |
1 tbsp | fresh rosemary |
2 tbsp | fresh chopped garlic |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1. Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat and lightly sauté green onion and garlic for just a few min
2. Add in tomatoes and rosemary and simmer for a few min. Then add broth and chickpeas
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 min.
