Pumpkin bread

| 3/4 pumpkin purée | |
| 1/4 cup | apple sauce |
| 1 | whole egg |
| 3 | egg whites |
| 1/2 cup | flour |
| 1/3 cup | whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 cup | Splenda |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/4 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 1/2 tsp. | vanilla extract |
Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another. Slowly mix together.
Place in greased loaf pan
Bake in 350 oven for 40 min
