Pork Chops - Campbell's Mushroom Pork Chops

1 small | onion, sliced in slivers |
1 Tbs | minced garlic |
4 | boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | lemon pepper seasoning |
2 tablespoons | butter |
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) | Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, (Regular or 98% Fat Free) |
1/2 cup | milk |
1 tablespoon | Dijon-style mustard |
1 tablespoon | chopped fresh parsley |
Season the pork with the lemon pepper seasoning.
Heat 1 Tbs butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and garlic and sauté.
Add 1 TBS butter. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
Stir the soup, milk and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Sprinkle with the parsley.
