Sizzling shrimp stir fry

2 tbs | vegetable oil |
1 garlic clove minced | |
1/2 medium sized | red bell pepper, cut into strips |
1/4 pound | snow peas, trimmed |
1/4 pound | sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 pound | large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 tbs | soy sauce |
1/4 tsp | black pepper |
1 tsp | sesame seeds |
1- in a large wok or skillet, heat oil over very high heat. Add garlic, and sauté until tender.
2- add d pepper, snow peas, and mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3- add remaining ingredients and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and vegetable are crisp- tender. Serve immediately
