| Per ogni etto di salsiccia comprare la crescenza. |
Sfilare la salsiccia dalle budella e metterlo in una ciotola, aggiungere un pizzico di sale e la crescenza ed amalgamare il tutto.
Disporre l'impasto sui crostini ed infornare per 10 minuti circa in forno già caldo, finché non si vede la carne dorata e il formaggio sciolto.
Servire in tavola caldi.
