Sautéed Spinach and Tomatoes

2 teaspoons | pure Wesson canola oil |
1/2 cup | finely chopped onion |
1 pkg (9oz each) | baby spinach leaves |
1 can (14.5 oz each). Hunts fire roasted diced tomatoes drained | |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | crushed red pepper flakes |
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium- high heat. Add onion, cook 4 min or until tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Add spinach, drained tomatoes, salt and red pepper to skillet, cook 4 min more or until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently.
